Hello! Carlo here.  I'm a regular guy who fought my weight gain for years. I would like to tell you something personal about myself. One day last June I just broke down. I felt so overwhelmed with my weight. I just couldn't take it anymore...

I was ready to give up – AGAIN.  It happened one Monday morning right after I got on the bathroom scale (my “gauge”) to weigh myself. I had been trying a very strict 'low carb, low fat and high protein diet' for nearly two months and it was ‘painful’.

I had gone off the 'killer diet' over the weekend to give myself a little 'weight loss cheaters break'. I just wanted to eat the foods I loved and I had planned I would go back on the strict low carb, low fat diet the following week.

Now it was Monday morning and I wanted to see the damage I had done to my weight loss efforts with my binge. The scale said I weighed 196 pounds...I gasped, just couldn't believe it! (I'm only 5' 9" tall.)

That meant that in one lousy weekend of cheating on my diet, I had more than gained back every single pound I had lost in the last 3 weeks!

This was the last straw... I just felt like giving up. I had tried so hard to follow this super strict diet and I had failed to keep the weight off I had lost AGAIN.

I have been trying to lose weight for the last 5 to 7 years and nothing kept the weight off. Once I'd go off the diet the pounds would creep back on and I'd end up weighing even more!
